BALTIMORE—Warschawski has been selected by Jacobs Investments to launch the a new thoroughbred turf racing series, The Grand Slam of Grass. As agency of record for Jacobs Investments, Warschawski will handle all media relations for the series targeting national, horse racing trade and sports media outlets.
The focus of the media campaign will be to position the Grand Slam of Grass as “the next great American sports series.” It will offer a combined $5 million purse, making it the richest Grand Slam in sports. The media campaign will also showcase Virginia’s Colonial Downs as a turf racing destination and position Jeff Jacobs, chairman and CEO of Jacobs Investments, as “the visionary behind the inception” of the new series.
