Waterfront Media Names Wolfcale to Lead Communications

Waterfront Media, one of the largest privately held online health companies in America, has appointed Amy Wolfcale as vice president and chief communications Officer. Most recently, she was the vice president of corporate communications at Dow Jones & Company.

NEW YORK—Waterfront Media, one of the largest privately held online health companies in America, has appointed Amy Wolfcale as vice president and chief communications Officer. Most recently, she was the vice president of corporate communications at Dow Jones & Company.

In her new role, Wolfcale will be responsible for all strategic communications and branding initiatives for Waterfront Media on the corporate level and for the Everyday Health Network, its online commercial health property and health and self-help destinations including Southbeachdiet.com; the pregnancy and parenting site WhatToExpect.com; and MyOptimumHealthPlan.com

Prior to Dow Jones, Wolfcale served as the director of communications at Money magazine, a unit of Time Warner.
