LONDON—International Financial Services London, an independent membership organization that promotes the U/K. financial services industry around the world, has appointed Weber Shandwick Financial as its public relations adviser.
Weber Shandwick Financial will work in partnership with Sir Stephen Wright, chief executive of IFSL, to raise the profile of the organization and position its spokespeople as expert commentators on key issues such as keeping markets open in the current global crisis. The agency also will work also to promote IFSL’s wide range of financial services focused research reports in the media.
The Weber Shandwick Financial team will be led by Juliet Carey, director and co-head of financial services, supported by Stephen Finch, associate director and Dafina Grapci-Penney, consultant. Priti Patel, director of Weber Shandwick Public Affairs, will provide additional senior counsel.
