Berry is one of several hires to boost Weber's digital team in EMEA.

Weber Shandwick Hires Bacardi's Al Berry
LONDON — Al Berry has joined Weber Shandwick as head of content in EMEA from Bacardi Global Brands where he developed content campaigns across its portfolio of brands — among other new hires in EMEA.  

At Bacardi, Berry worked on brands including Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire and Dewars as part of the global consumer experience and engagement team, he was involved on several campaigns that won awards, including the Bombay Sapphire Imagination Series and the Drinks Tube for Bacardi.  
 
 Parmita Ghosh also joined as senior digital strategist from Leo Burnett, where she worked on numerous consumer digital campaigns for brands including Max Factor, McDonalds and Samsung. She was previously with Google. Andrew Phillips also joined as digital new business director for EMEA, joining from The Digital Consultancy, following previous stints with FCB Global and Sapient Nitro. 
 
In addition, Danny Whatmough has been promoted to head of social for EMEA and Tabitha Winter  —who joined from Karmarama — has been promoted to head of studio EMEA.
