NEW YORK—WeissComm Group, the parent company of healthcare public relations firms WeissComm Partners and Invigorate Communications, has acquired ODA, a creative services agency that works with healthcare and technology companies. WeissComm also established a strategic alliance with Health Advocacy Strategies, a patient testimonial company.

ODA has  nearly 20 professionals and broad-based capabilities, with services including brand development; corporate identity and business systems; print collateral, including sales and marketing brochures, annual reports, sales meeting booth panels and promotional materials; advertising; and interactive, including full-service website development and optimization.

“Joining the WeissComm Group is a natural evolution of the productive and synergistic partnership we have developed working on mutual client business,” says Paulo Simas, principal and creative director of ODA. “This move gives us immediate global reach, an integrated public relations offering, enhanced infrastructure support, and an expanded client network that positions us to achieve exponential growth individually and together.”
