The Holmes Report's Innovator 25 is already established as an important barometer of marketing and communications innovation in North America. Since launching in 2013, it has identified 25 individuals each year who have  — in some capacity — elevated and evolved engagement and influence.

We are now accepting nominations for our first Innovator 25 class in EMEA. This means recognizing those who have taken risks with big ideas that have paid off; broken down tired silos and built bridges between communications, marketing and sales; cracked measurement, predictive analytics and planning in a meaningful way; or truly mastered compelling transmedia storytelling. These are just a few achievements that we would consider innovative.

Ultimately, we're looking for pioneers and risk-takers, not necessarily the people with the most power, but the ones who have helped to redefine engagement, marketing, and reputation management. Our North American Innovator 25 should give you some ideas.

We welcome your input on who should be recognized in EMEA in 2015. If you'd like to put yourself or someone else forward, you can do so here, but we do ask that you support your recommendation with tangible, results-oriented examples of innovation. Please note that the deadline is 13 March.

Innovators can come from any industry — digital marketing, social media, public relations, start-ups, venture capital — as long as their work has elevated the realm of influence and engagement. They can be either agency or client side or, indeed, from the media or other fields. Also like last year, we may name people to the list who we discovered through channels other than nominations.

We plan to announce the EMEA Innovator 25 in early May, ahead of our second EMEA Innovation Summit, which will again take place in London, this time on 19 May.
