Wool Returns to Sitrick

Richard Wool, the former head of the New York office of Sitrick & Company, has rejoined the company as deputy head of its New York crisis and transactions group.

LOS ANGELES, May 31—Richard Wool, the former head of the New York office of Sitrick & Company, has rejoined the company as deputy head of its New York crisis and transactions group, reporting directly to company founder and chairman Michael Sitrick.

Wool was most recently a senior managing director at Hill & Knowlton in New York, where he headed the mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice. He was also a senior advisor on corporate reputation, crisis and litigation matters. His corporate experience includes serving as a senior advisor at Pfizer and as the assistant to the chairman of Sperry Corporation.
Sitrick, which has established itself as the premier crisis and financial communications specialist on the west coast is planning to dramatically expand its east coast presence.
