GENEVA—The World Economic Forum’s Global Institute for Partnership and Governance has selected Ketchum as its strategic partner to raise the institute’s profile and to promote its public-private partnerships in areas including HIV/AIDS, global governance, and corporate citizenship.

Paul Baverstock, managing director for Ketchum’s U.K. corporate communications practice, and Mark Cater, managing director at Ketchum Europe healthcare, will lead the agency team on the assignments.

Says Richard Samans, managing director of GIPG, “Visibility for the Institute and our initiatives is critical to consolidate our position as the platform of choice for establishing public-private partnerships to address some of the world’s most challenging problems.  We are delighted to have the expertise of Ketchum to complement our in-house resources.”

The Global Institute for Partnership and Governance manages a portfolio of public-private partnerships.
