Wyeth Names McIntyre VP of Corporate Communications

Pharmaceutical company Wyeth has named Daniel McIntyre vice president, corporate communications, reporting to Timothy Cost, senior vice president, corporate affairs. McIntyre will be responsible for all internal and external communications for the corporation .

MADISON, NJ—Pharmaceutical company Wyeth has named Daniel McIntyre vice president, corporate communications, reporting to Timothy Cost, senior vice president, corporate affairs. McIntyre will be responsible for all internal and external communications for the corporation and its three major divisions—pharmaceuticals, consumer health care and animal health—around the world.

 

Prior to joining Wyeth, McIntyre held a series of senior executive positions in communications and healthcare, most recently as managing director of the healthcare practice at Fleishman-Hillard. He previously served in senior level communications and public policy positions for Pharmacia Corporation, Bayer Corporation's pharmaceutical division, the Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, and Hoffmann-La Roche.

 

Wyeth is one of the world's largest research-driven pharmaceutical and healthcare products companies. Its major divisions include Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare and Fort Dodge Animal Health.
