Zapwater Communications has been retained by the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper to assist with the launch of the Chicago Bears 2006 Mini-Football Collection. The Sun-Times has teamed with the Bears to bring Chicagoans a collection containing 22 different mini player footballs.

CHICAGO—Zapwater Communications has been retained by the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper to assist with the launch of the Chicago Bears 2006 Mini-Football Collection. The Sun-Times has teamed with the Bears to bring Chicagoans a collection containing 22 different mini player footballs featuring the 2006 Bears starting line-up housed in a glossy, full-color album. Zapwater will provide media relations and event planning services.

In addition, the firm has added Coldenhove Papier, a paper production company with more than three centuries of experience in quality papers, to its client roster. Zapwater has been selected to provide media assistance and public relations support with the North American trade media and coordinate media activities surrounding SGIA 06 (The Specialty Printing & Imaging Technology Expo) in Las Vegas.

 TMone, a leading telesales and marketing firm, has selected Zapwater to provide complete public relations counsel and communications support, organizing all media relations aspects and trade show planning efforts and ongoing media relations. And Samantha Chicago has named Zapwater as the boutique’s public relations agency of record. Responsibilities will include public and media relations and event management.
