NEW YORK—Zoom Airlines, the U.K. sister company to Canada’s low cost, full service, transatlantic airline, has selected Peppercom Strategic Communications to help drive awareness of its U.S. launch. The airline will operate daily flights from New York’s JFK Airport to London Gatwick. Peppercom is charged with a host of traditional public relations activities including messaging, collateral development and conducting aggressive media relations.

According to Zoom co-owner Hugh Boyle: “Zoom’s goal is to become the leading low-cost transatlantic airline offering consumers an excellent and affordable alternative to today’s options. We chose Peppercom because we think that its experience launching consumer brands coupled with our affordable flight prices will make the launch a huge success and ultimately, affect our bottom line.”
