Holmes Report 28 Nov 2011

WASHINGTON, DC—Ramsey Poston, head of communications at NASCAR since 2004, has launched a strategic communications firm, Tuckahoe Strategies, which will work with clients—including NASCAR—to provide strategic communications counsel, marketing support, and crisis management and litigation advice.

Poston managed a number of crises, including the fallout surrounding the death Dale Earnhardt on behalf of NASCAR.

Tuckahoe Strategies has alliances with two prominent firms based in Washington, DC: Levick, a leading global crisis and litigation communications firm, and Dominion Strategies, a public affairs firm focused on issue and advocacy communications, advertising, and cutting-edge technology solutions for corporate and non-profit clients.
