HONG KONG—Susan Ho has joined Brunswick Group's Hong Kong office as a partner. She was formerly global head of brand and sponsorships for Standard Chartered, and the architect of the bank's new, highly successful brand position, "Here for good", which launched globally in 2010.
At Standard Chartered, Ho also helped pioneer film financing for Asian movies by John Woo and Zhang Yimou, and worked with the bank in Hong Kong, Singapore and London. Prior to that, she worked in advertising and direct marketing with Foote Cone & Belding Asia Pacific and the Y&R Group in New York.
Brunswick recently opened a new office in Shanghai, building on its seven-year platform in Hong Kong and Beijing and has also transferred one of its most senior partners from New York to the region and expanded its capabilities in investor relations and research with key new appointments.
The firm’s recent Asia-Pacific activity includes handling communications for Chow Tai Fook and PCCW's HKT listings in Hong Kong.
