STOCKHOLM—Swedish public relations firms Narva and Mix Public Relations are merging to form a full service agency with media relations, public affairs and financial communications. Narva will purchase 100 per cent of shares in Mix Public Relations on November 1, creating an agency with revenues of more than SEK 50 million (approx. €6 million) and about 30 employees.

The former owners and all employees of Mix Public Relations—including Kerstin Andersson, CEO and partner, and Britt-Marie Lindblad and Annika Sundström—will continue to work at Narva, alongside Daniel Bergsten, managing partner, who owns and runs Narva together with Johan Molander.

Mix Public Relations specialises in health and medicine, while Narva is the lead agency for a number of Nordic assigments and has created a network of agencies in Finland, Denmark and Norway with expertise in health and medicine. The two firms have cooperated for 10 years on a series of projects.
