NYON—International brand and reputation consultancy Leidar, founded in 2009 by former Weber Shandwick continental Europe chief executive Rolf Olson, has acquired the majority of Gandalf, a Norwegian communication agency. Leidar will now have offices in Kongsvinger and Oslo, Norway, as well as in London and its headquarters in the greater Geneva area, Switzerland. Anders Fjeld, managing director of Gandalf, will now become managing director of Leidar Norway.
