His previous Canberra-based roles include deputy director of the Cattle Council of Australia, CEO of Cooperative Research Centres Association, and director of communication and government relations at Universities Australia, representing the university sector.

NEW DELHI—PRinIndia, which offers a range of public relations services with focus on fashion, luxury, lifestyle, healthcare, education and entertainment industry, has become the first Indian member of PR World Network, a group of international PR agencies started by US travel PR specialist Lou Hammond & Associates.

SINGAPORE—FICO, a leading provider of predictive analytics and decision management technology, has appointed Rice Communications as its PR agency partner for Southeast Asia. Rice will support FICO’s external communications across the region among organisations in the banking, insurance, healthcare, utilities, telecommunications, and retail industries. Rice will manage content creation and activity execution across traditional and social media, working with a network of agency partners in Southeast Asia.

HONG KONG—Waggener Edstrom Worldwide has promoted Antoine Calendrier to general manager of China. He was most recently the firm’s director of clients services for the Asia-Pacific region, based in Hong Kong. Calendrier has worked with clients including Visa, Jetstar, Jebsen and OSRAM across the Greater China region. In his new role, he will oversee the growth of the agency’s China operations and provide senior client counsel, and will continue to head up the regional corporate practice.

Fusion has 28 staff across its Adelaide and Sydney offices, and boasts a client roster that includes Santos, People's Choice Credit Union and ARUP.
