NEW YORK—Adrianna Giuliani, formerly a senior vice president, has been promoted to managing director of the creative and strategic services team at DeVries Global.

During her three-year tenure at the agency, Giuliani has helped create and implement a new planning process, and grown the CSS group from two specialists to an 11-person department of strategists, content creators and community managers.

She has worked on a range of lifestyle brands including Absolut Vodka, Home Depot, Best Buy, Pantene, Olay, Weight Watchers and Microsoft.

In addition, Ann Marie Almariei has joined DeVries Global as director of content and strategy to spearhead social strategy and content development for numerous clients. She brings more than 20 years of agency experience as a creative and content director, most recently as micro-content director at Vaynermedia, where she worked with the start-up's consumer packaged goods, apparel, entertainment and toy brands.

Prior to Vaynermedia, she was a creative director at 360i developing integrated digital campaigns, websites and social content.
