LONDON—Independent public relations firm principals from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa are among the senior industry figures who will serve on the jury for this year’s EMEA region SABRE Awards competition.

Judges from leading small and midsize agencies include Frédéric Bedin (pictured), president of Public Systeme Hopscotch in France; Michaela Benedigova, managing director of Seesame Communications in Slovakia; Roman Geiser, CEO and managing partner of Farner Consulting in Switzerland; Milan Hejl, managing partner of AMI Communications in the Czech Republic; Tanya Hughes, managing director of Talk PR in the UK; Tony Langham, chief executive of Lansons in the UK; Ioana Manoiu, managing partner of GMP PR in Romania; Johan Molander, managing partner of Narva in Sweden; and Richard Moss, managing director of Good Relations Brand in the UK.

“The SABREs have always recognized the most creative, effective work from across the industry, and there is no doubt that much of that work comes from small and midsize firms in markets from all across the region,” says Paul Holmes, editor of The Holmes Report and chairman of the SABRE judges. “Our judges reflect that fact, with many hailing from among the most successful independent firms in EMEA.”

The jury also includes many senior client-side executives, as well as leaders from the largest global agencies.
