LONDON—John Doe has been appointed to work with frozen yogurt brand Snog. The agency will handle PR and cultural content to highlight the brand values and also to make media and consumers aware that the product will be available in supermarkets from March. The account will be led by agency founder Rana Reeves.

LONDON—Cohn & Wolfe has appointed Helena Roberts as a director in its consumer marketing team. Roberts joins Cohn & Wolfe from Burger King, where she was EMEA communications manager for three years with responsibility for brand, corporate, public affairs, internal and crisis communications in 36 markets.  She also spearheaded CSR efforts in North-West Europe and was responsible for BK’s participation in the Government Responsibility Deal, which involved calorie labelling in 500 restaurants.

ZURICH—Klaus Tschütscher has been named senior advisor at international business communications consultancy Instinctif Partners (formerly College Group). The former head of government of the principality of Liechtenstein will support the firm with its expansion in the German-speaking region of Europe. He served in the government of Liechtenstein from 2005 until 2013, first as deputy prime minister, then from 2009 to 2013 as prime minister as well as minister of finance. Since stepping down from political office, Tschütscher has been named to the board of directors of Swiss Life Group and is the owner of Tschütscher Networks&Expertise.

LONDON—GolinHarris has appointed Neil Kleiner as head of social in the firm’s 45-person digital practice. He will be responsible for developing and promoting The Bridge, the agency’s real-time marketing proposition, and will report to Matt Neale, president, international. Kleiner joins GolinHarris from his role as head of social role at Havas group. He has previously held positions at Momentum Worldwide, social media specialist Interesource and at Trinity Mirror.

LONDON—Kopparberg, Cider of Sweden Ltd, has today announced the appointment of awarding-winning agency W to handle its PR as the cider brand shifts its focus towards high-profile, engaging and cross-platform events in 2014. Kopparberg, an independent, family-owned Swedish brand, is the leading premium fruit cider in the UK, and has delivered double-digit growth annually since launch in 2006. Its decision to pursue an events-led strategy this year led to its appointment of W following the agency's event work across its portfolio of premium brands including for Hendrick's Gin and Soho House. The agency will also develop a clear ongoing editorial narrative for Kopparberg and support the brand's 2014 events and product launches through a programme of community management, influencer and social engagement activity.

LONDON— Financial and professional services PR agency Broadgate Mainland has been appointed to manage an international public relations program for Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services, the global asset administrator. Broadgate Mainland will work with the company to promote its range of fund administration and investor services for hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity and real estate funds, and family offices.

ESHER—Specialist business-to-business agency AD Communications has expanded its team following a series of business wins at the start of its 30th anniversary year.
