SAN FRANCISCO—GolinHarris has appointed Fran Lowe as executive director in the enterprise technology practice in its San Francisco office. NEW YORK—MWW has added Carl Sorvino as executive creative director to oversee all of MWW’s digital and creative initiatives. Sorvino joins from Edelman Digital, where he was vice president, creative director. Previously, Sorvino led creative strategy at several agencies including Digitas, Boombox, Group DCA, Sigma Group, Hook and Loop and the Cement Bloc. LOS ANGELES—International film publicist Mariangela Hall has joined the Los Angeles office of entertainment public relations and marketing agency Rogers & Cowan as vice president of international film publicity. Hall joins the Rogers & Cowan team after several years with DDA Public Relations as vice president of international publicity and most recently working as an independent consultant.
