PHILADELPHIA—Property and casualty insurance company ACE Group has appointed Cora Klena as senior vice president, North American marketing and communications, responsible for public relations, event marketing, employee communications, print and digital marketing communications, and brand-related strategies in the United States and Canada. Klena joins ACE from SwissRe, where she served as senior vice president and head of corporate communications for the Americas. She previously served in communications at USAA and E*Trade.

CAMBRIDGE—InVivo Therapeutics Holdings has expanded the role of vice president of business development Christopher McNulty to include investor relations and corporate communications. Before coming to InVivo, McNulty served as senior director of business development at Repligen Corporation.

LONG ISLAND—The New York Racing Association has appointed John Durso as director of communications and media relations. He will serve as principal spokesperson for the thoroughbred racing association, which conducts all racing operations at Aqueduct, Belmont and Saratoga race tracks.  He most recently served as senior director and chief spokesperson for NJ Transit.
