FARNHAM, Surrey—Techne-Comm has appointed Whiteoaks to provide comprehensive PR and marketing services for Mailsafe, its email archiving product designed for the NHS. Techne-Comm has tasked Whiteoaks with significantly increasing its presence in the NHS market. The campaign includes a mixture of PR and marketing tactics to directly engage the NHS and rapidly raise awareness of Mailsafe.

LONDON—Octopus Group, the tech PR and integrated communications firm, has added three to its specialist marketing services team. Steevan Glover joins as head of marketing services after serving as marketing services lead at Quantum Marketing; Duncan Begg is the group's new head of content, following a career as a newspaper reporter and sub-editor at The Sun, The Guardian, Daily Mirror and Daily Mail; and Ed Schnadhorst has been appointed head of digital.

BRISTOL—Communications agency Remarkable Group has launched a new office in the Bristol area to meet growing demand for its services in the South West and Wales, building on a Manchester office launched in April this year and a London office that opened in 2013. Leading the South West team is associate director Laura Wyatt and senior account managers Will Morgan and Toby Savage.

LONDON—Headland has been hired by Grosvenor Group, the privately owned international property group, to advise on corporate communications following a competitive pitch. Headland will work closely with Grosvenor’s press office team headed by Naomi Curtis and group communications director Fenella Gentleman on corporate reputation management, financial communications, media relations support and campaign management.
