Aarti Shah's groundbreaking analysis of female leadership in the PR industry is explored in the latest Echo Chamber episode. Ketchum president Barri Rafferty joins Aarti to explore why there so few female CEOs, particularly at the bigger PR firms. "The data is a little bit depressing," admits Rafferty.
