There was new business from Key Bank Real Estate Capital, the real estate lending unit of KeyCorp, serviced by the Chicago office, and The Saint Consulting Group, which specializes in land use politics, while the firm continues to work for clients such as Battalia Winston (executive search), BDO Seidman (accounting/consulting), Chubb (insurance), Hay Group (consulting), Hunton & Williams (law firm), KeyCorp (financial services), Manning & Napier (asset management), MetLife (insurance), RHR International (consulting), and RTKL (architectural firm). About 45 percent of the firm’s fees come from the financial services sector, 45 percent from professional services and 10 percent from healthcare and other sources.
Interesting assignments included support for The Saint Consulting Group on its publication of an annual Index showing opposition to development throughout the
