Eisbrenner Public Relations stands out from the majority of smaller public relations firms because of its in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry: approximately 80 percent of the firm’s clients come from the automotive sector. It stands out from other automotive specialists in the Detroit area because of a PR-centric philosophy that sees public relations as an umbrella discipline for an array of tools that includes marketing communications, advertising, media relations, events and other tactics that can be deployed to position an organization with its key publics.
After the previous year’s launch of the Eisbrenner Events Group, the firm expanded its portfolio of services again in 2004 with the addition of Eisbrenner Message Coaching, launched in partnership with Bremer Communications and Entelead, which helps clients clarify and articulate what’s important and unique about their organizations.
New clients in 2004 included FANUC Robotics, The Timken Company, and the Center for Automotive Research, contributing to very healthy 24 percent growth in net billings. Assignments ranged from handling hospitality and customer relations for Bosch during the 35th Ryder Cup Matches held at Oakland Hills Country Club to launching the Society of Automotive Engineers Automotive Resources Institute to developing the FANUC Robotics Save Your Factory initiative, which encourages corporations to look at all options to offshoring.
