NEW YORK—Text 100 has formed an alliance with Zuberance, a marketing software and services company, to create new services that will help business communicators develop more trusted relationships with their constituencies.
The alliance will leverage Text 100’s expertise in engaging media, analysts, employees, new media and other stakeholders and Zuberance’s software and services, which enable clients to identify and mobilize their most trusted customers online. The two firms aim to provide a solution addressing all touch points of business communities, comprising three key elements:
• Identification: Text 100 and Zuberance will create customized maps of trust, identifying individuals who are most passionate and influential so clients can focus their resources on the areas of highest return;
• Growth: The firms will provide services to grow “ecosystems of trust” and to mitigate the impact of sources of distrust in their client’s business communities.
• Measurement: The combined offering will be completed by a set of metrics benchmarking the number and quality of trusted relationships with the community, based on the Net Promoter Score methodology endorsed by the London School of Economics.
“Text 100 needed a partner that could extend the reach of our communications programs to our client’s customers,” says Georg Kolb, executive vice president of innovation at Text 100. “We also sought a technology that would facilitate standard transactions and which offered a strong measurement component.”
Adds Rob Fuggetta, CEO and founder of Zuberance: “We are an online services firm that enables companies to mobilize their most trusted and influential customers: their authentic advocates. But we realize that a company’s ecosystem of trust is not confined to its customers. Text 100 is great at building relationships with different types of constituencies and more importantly, it understands that creating trust with today’s business communities is more than traditional awareness marketing.”
