DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Social Media Account Director for our SF office. Our ideal candidate is someone who is extremely skilled at social media and who truly understands how to tell the story of a brand and how to bring that story to life with a compelling communications strategy.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage internal team & oversee successful execution of social program
  • Manage client communication and oversee client satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage reporting deliverables
  • Identify organic growth opportunities
  • Manage other, ad-hoc client requests

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of experience in social and/or digital marketing
  • Experienced in managing and overseeing social media accounts & teams
  • Experienced in client communication and consulting
  • Strong team management & collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape and platform algorithms
  • Experience in social media reporting, familiar with reporting tools (Simply Measured, Sprinklr or similar)
