We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and work on an exciting mix of consumer food an packaged good accounts. This hire will have expertise in the consumer space and working on integrated agency teams. The day to day will manage client teams, develop strategies, and participate in office leadership as well. With a growing consumer practice, our team believes in fostering a creative spirit, a sense of community, and a passion for getting the job done. 



  • Develop and execute fresh, new PR campaigns for our dynamic food and CPG clients
  • Communicate with clients to help identify internal goals and the communication strategies to accomplish them in a creative and effective manner
  • Identify and capitalize on editorial opportunities – we’re looking for a curious news junkie who is hungry for the next piece of coverage
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic partnerships with like-minded companies that help to move the needle for all
  • Execute and advise on PR strategies and collaboratively develop strategic media plans
  • Lead client conference calls and attend interviews and events
  • Establish and deliver analytics reports based on mutually agreed upon metrics
  • Coach team members through projects and deliverables, sharing positive and constructive feedback


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience at a PR agency or in an in-house role – experience working on CPG/lifestyle brands is necessary
  • Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeable with high-level executives internally and externally
  • An independent worker who works well on a team and can be proactive and a self-starter
  • Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; a quick learner
  • Must have experience interacting professionally with high-level executives internally and with clients
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Proactivity and analytical thinking
  • Hands-on team player adding value
  • Display and encourage creativity and innovation in self and others
  • Strong technical aptitude (including Microsoft Office)
  • Commitment to continuous learning
