As an Associate, Investor Relations, you will manage day-to-day investor relations efforts including ongoing review of corporate presentations, writing/reviewing/distributing press releases (primarily as it relates to corporate/financial activities), serving as Investor contact for company and relaying messages as required to management, etc. You will also maintain an established network of contacts among key members of the financial community, including high-quality institutional investors, long-term healthcare focused funds, sellside analysts, investment bankers, venture capital groups and industry leaders. 

We are looking for a strong communications professional with experience in investor relations and corporate communications planning and execution financial communications, messaging and press release development as well as extensive experience in advising both public and private companies as they attract new investors while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing investors, all in an effort to create / maximize shareholder value. Experience and know-how in fundraising efforts (private rounds, IPOs, follow-on offerings, etc.) and other corporate transactions (including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships / alliances, hostile takeovers (or attempts), bankruptcy filings, transitioning to become a publicly traded company in the U.S., large-scale management team structure transitions, etc.) is also important.
