Client Manager - Racepoint Global

London, UK

Are you a seasoned PR practitioner who has roots in the lifestyle and wellness sectors? If so, we want to connect with you about our current Client Manager opportunity.

Our Client Managers are proactive, accountable, leaders-in-the-making, with a strong personal interest in current affairs, industry trends and the changing dynamics of integrated marketing communications tools and strategies.

This particular role requires someone who has solid experience with football brands, professional clubs and/or football governing bodies, players and football specific media and bloggers.

You will work closely with our Client Director to take a strategic role on client programmes by proactively managing the development of the campaign, providing a level of consultancy to the client and team, and developing quarterly planning and measurement.

You will have a deep understanding of the integrated marketing campaign from development to consultancy to budgeting. You also ensure the campaign teams are on track in terms of measurable goals. With guidance from Client Directors on planning and strategy development, the onus is on you to stretch the boundaries of the campaign to achieve outstanding results, maximise organic growth revenue, and develop the team’s understanding and skillset.

You take responsibility for the day-to-day management of Client Executives in the team, including the management and tracking of time against budget and training the team to plan and prioritise, developing and measuring goals and objectives in line with their job descriptions, and writing and delivery team reviews and training plans.

Client Managers also contribute proactively to new business initiatives through organic growth proposals, networking, content development for profile raising and outbound proactive campaigns, and pitch presentation research, content and delivery.
