Position Summary

Do you live and breathe creative content and have an eye for good design? Are you experienced in leading teams to do brilliant work, while delivering on tight deadlines? Are you naturally curious, inventive, and driven to create inspirational design work? Then you’ve come to the right place.

We are looking to hire a talented, experienced and passionate creative to join our team of content specialists, strategist, and designers.

You will lead the everyday production and execution of creative content for projects and retainers – whether that’s editing images in Photoshop and graphics in Adobe Illustrator, meeting with clients to brainstorm new concepts and campaigns, or reviewing social copy and creative.

You have a passion for art, a deep knowledge of content production and strategy, and can juggle production of co-dependent deliverables such as daily social media posts, custom visuals and infographics.

You are literate, creative and inventive, as fast as you are entertaining, and you never (rarely) allow yourself to make mistakes (and if you do, you’re the first to own up to them). You’re calm and collected; you’re a master planner and can handle a perfect storm of deadlines without breaking a sweat. You not only get a ton of ideas, you’re also good at selling them – to your co-workers and to the client.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly expanding North American Content & Social Media practice with great potential to grow, develop and learn alongside some of the most talented people in the industry. You’ll be joining a team that likes to turn it to 11. We are a fun, energetic bunch of people who get their kicks by being creative, innovative, and unique. We welcome the weird and interesting, but recognize and reward strong leaders who have potential for greatness. We create work that inspires, in a world transformed by technology.
