Marketing Account Supervisor - PAN Communications

Our growing team is looking for a Marketing Account Supervisor to partner with our VP of Digital to service client accounts and further build out our integrated offerings. This person will serve as the day-to-day account lead for marketing and digital program activities and must be a strong communicator and digital evangelist, able to lead teams and digital transformation programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deploy inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, email marketing and demand generation campaigns.
  • Lead content strategy, from development through content publication. Contribute to design direction in collaboration with creative team members and inbound channel (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.) owners. Write and edit content as needed.
  • Build and manage social media programs, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, and potentially additional channels (Snapchat, Instagram, etc.). Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social networks.
  • Manage and build various email campaigns, including content creation, calls-to-action, and list segmentation. Integrate web and  email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.). Create multi-step engagement email programs by key segment and prospect or client engagement status.
  • Develop marketing mix by channel, including paid campaigns social and ad networks, designed to optimize budget, test, optimize and deliver campaign goals.
  • Manage organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of various marketing channels and campaigns. Create scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data from customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

Required Experience 

  • 5-8 years B2B marketing and digital experience in an agency and/or within an applicable industry. Technology experience preferred.
  • Experience developing plans and programs including new product launches, demand generation programs and product positioning
  • Strong project management experience, ensuring flawless tactical execution of program elements
  • A proven ability to manage, develop and grow client relationships as the day-to-day digital program lead, including budget responsibility and organic growth opportunities.
  • Strong content creation, content strategy, and content optimization experience
  • Proven success managing, mentoring and developing junior staff
