Marketing Assistant - Zeno Group

As an integrated agency, born from PR, we need to be our own best client. We are seeking a highly motivated communications professional responsible for assisting with digital marketing and internal/external communication.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the execution of agency marketing plans internally and externally
  • Assist in planning and content production for internal and external agency channels (Workplace, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Glassdoor, etc.)
    • Copywriting
    • Graphic design
  • Serve as community manager for agency across channels (Workplace, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Maintain quality control standards in material development, including, social content, briefings, copywriting, reporting, etc.
  • Assist in the agency’s online analytics, research and reporting tools for using a variety of platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others
  • Update website content, digital assets library, asset databases and collateral
  • Contribute to the agency’s marketing strategies alongside management and staff
  • Support and assist with new business efforts including creation of standardized materials, pulling existing resources and ensuring teams are following new business processes
  • Provide overall support during the award submissions process
  • Keep the team informed of news and innovations that would help the agency continue to produce high-quality, industry-leading content.

The ideal candidate will have interest in implementing social media marketing campaigns and marketing communications programming for dynamic and growing businesses with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Specifically, We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations or related communications field
  • 1-2 years of experience in social brand management and content creation
  • Prior experience working in a digital, marketing or public relations agency is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to produce effectively and to consistently meet deadlines
  • Understands the constantly evolving world of social media engagement, and is personally interested in social media
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Reads, subscribes to, fans, and follows leading social media news and influencer sources
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exhibits an endless curiosity to explore and discover what's new and next in social, digital, and mobile
  • Possesses a collaborative spirit and thrives in a close team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Proficiency with the following programs is required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator and/or Photoshop)
