You will work within a team in Singapore that supports a network of five markets across the APAC region (SG, HK, China, Australia and India) and collaborate with the broader global marketing group in the US and EMEA.

Because we are looking to expand our client base across APAC, your role will also focus on developing breakthrough brand marketing plans, program execution and support for new business activities.
You will report to the leader of our international team based in the United Kingdom.
Work closely with the global marketing team to plan and drive the execution of the APAC marketing program within budget and agreed timelines to support the agency’s brand. This includes the agency intellectual capital, Brands in Motion.
Collaborate and share learnings with the global marketing team to maintain global alignment, including brand consistency.
Maintain, manage and improve WE’s APAC web properties, as well as any others that may be added in the future.
Encourage active understanding and awareness of in-market issues, marketing objectives, technology and products affecting APAC, to provide strategic planning and counsel.
Nurture high-profile influential relationships with PR industry press and media/advertising and business press.
Raise the profile of WE APAC across industry press and maintain coverage records.
Support the APAC client teams in the development of new business materials such as credentials, working across sector teams to help create inspirational content that highlights the agency’s best work.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to generate ongoing, searchable, engaging content that brings the agency’s brand and POV to life, highlighting expertise in key sectors and markets.
Curate and manage a pipeline of profiling opportunities for executives and experts from across the business to elevate the profile of the agency and its talent
Project management of key marketing campaigns and projects to ensure that deadlines are being met, and projects are delivered on time with high-quality execution
More than 4 years of APAC marketing experience.
Prior experience of working in an agency is desirable.
Fluency in English is required; multiple language skills is preferred – Mandarin language skills would be useful.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans within a global environment is preferred.
• The spark, imagination and drive of an entrepreneur who’s willing to share their experience and expertise with the team.
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with international colleagues and clients.
• Understanding of the relationship between client-vendor in a services world.
• Strong understanding of the technology behind marketing and experience in the areas of digital marketing, CRM, email, platforms and DSPs is desirable.
• Broad understanding of how paid, earned and owned media comes together in today’s marketing landscape in Asia.
