Who we’re looking for:

The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the creation of social content, social strategy, creative ideas, paid social amplification, influencer programs, and measurement and insights, and the SAE will need to lead, manage and communicate both upwards to clients and senior team members as well as to junior employees. The ideal candidate must be able to balance managerial and executional work and must be able to be an authority, internally and externally, on the changing dynamic of marketing and communication within social media.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Client and Executional Responsibilities:
    • Set goals, plans and measurement for all social programs
    • Drive social strategy and manage the holistic execution of all social work
    • Lead up to 2-3 accounts as the day-to-day social contact
    • Proactively curate and develop new ideas and opportunities for clients
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for all aspects of social media
    • Develop and give presentations to client-facing teams, colleagues and outside peer equivalents
    • Be actively involved with the ongoing education of the social team and agency through participation in agency-wide programs
    • Participate in brainstorms, intern and external meetings and within agency life
    • Communicate and lead from the center of the room with different teams: PR, creative, paid social and analytics/measurement
  • Agency and People Responsibilities
    • Play key role in planning long-term goals, such as budgets and yearly integrated marketing/communications plans
    • Contribute to growing the agency’s business by expanding existing client business, identifying potential prospects and participating in new business efforts as needed
