Senior Account Manager, Internal Communications Role:


  • Design and implement communication programs to support culture, strategy, and organizational transformations
  • Deliver exceptional client service and form lasting relationships with clients
  • Takes complete ownership and is accountable for work streams and deliverables
  • Leverage new technologies and traditional media channels to execute successful campaigns
  • Can anticipate team and client needs and quickly becomes a trusted go-to resource for team members and clients 
  • There for clients at their everyday and defining moments (which often require big lifts on a moment’s notice) and help them go places they never thought possible


The Ideal Public Relations and Marketing Manager: 

  • 5-7 years or more related experience in the corporate world of communications, especially internal communications and leadership communications
  • Can work under pressure of tight deadlines and for clients who rely on our sense of urgency 
  • Values authenticity and being honest; has integrity; knows their strengths/weaknesses 
  • Engages others on the team strategically and purposefully, Always brings forward solutions (not just issues)
  • Must be able to work full-time (40-50 hours per week) and able to travel for business when needed, including possible international travel on occasion (travel averages about 15% based on client and business needs)
