• You possess experience with website and digital deck creation
• You have dealt with regulatory environments and have experience with legal submissions

• You have a proven track record of coming up with big ideas and know how to guide a productive brainstorm, and articulate the creative process and its value on an agency team
• You’re adept at cultivating interdepartmental relationships, and thrive on mentoring junior team members
• You can execute quickly and manage your time well
• You like being frequently fed

The task at hand:
• Possess strong storytelling skills and a mastery of grammar and the English language
• Master industry best practices and multiple platforms, and learn and articulate the unique LippeTaylor approach on each
• Apply insights, data, KPIs, client’s business goals, and agency principles to your work, in requisite measure
• Own campaign creative execution and copy decks, and review content calendars
• Understand and craft website and digital deck copy, particularly for regulated fields
• Work with an art partner on a growing team, of which you’ll be a creative lead
• Concept, write, develop, and present the work either as a team or on your own
• Mentor junior creatives
• Be both a friendly teacher and a proficient doer in managing interdepartmental relationships
• Perform a wide range of creative work from faster, “smaller” pieces of content to “bigger” builds for a range of clients, as well as internal LippeTaylor projects
• Wholeheartedly enjoy the benefits and rewards of being right on Union Square

The ideal candidate has:
• A Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience copywriting, developing, and creating for digital/social strategies + campaigns
• A talent for wearing multiple brand hats and switching easily among brand voices, including Pharma, Beauty, and Skincare
• Outstanding conceptual and brainstorming skills
• Experience mapping out and crafting website and digital deck copy (Pharma and Healthcare desired)
• An aptitude for time management, creating process, and communication
• Ability to create content tailored to a variety of platforms
• The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
• A personality that fits well within an established, best-in-class boutique shop, and a passion for marketing to women
• A basic understanding of UI/UX and an interest in the big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations
• Experience working with designers, developers, and team focused creative process
• An appreciation of work-life balance, both your own and that of colleagues
