Senior Vice President & PR Lead - ReviveHealth

The PR Department Lead is responsible for advancing our PR team, clients, and capabilities on pace with the quickly-changing media and communications landscape. This person will guide both clients and teams in executing an industry-leading approach to corporate storytelling that integrates strong earned media capabilities with digital, social, and influencer programs.


He or she will guide a team to develop, pitch, and implement award-winning PR programs incorporating diverse strategies and tactics, including corporate narrative building, media relations, analyst relations, influencer engagement, corporate communication, and social media. The PR Lead will also be instrumental in identifying how and where PR should be closely interconnected with other capabilities in full-service engagements.


The PR Lead should be comfortable challenging conventional thinking about the PR domain, infusing fresh ideas about what it means to establish a brand and be a thought leader via communication channels. The key focus of the role is smart strategic counsel, client service excellence, and innovative programming in both client work and new business activities.

The Responsibilities
  • Participate in agency leadership team and contribute perspective to critical business decisions.
  • Establish and continually evolve agency POVs on integrated communications and PR, including the role of digital, analytics, and content in effective PR programs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan for the PR department, addressing talent needs, programs/offerings, client targets, and tools/resources.
  • Serve as senior-most strategist and subject matter expert for PR engagements, with high-level input on strategic direction for all clients, and heavy involvement in key accounts.
  • Guide team in identifying ongoing organic growth opportunities, both for expanded PR work and broader integrated marketing work.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention year-over-year.
  • Lead pitches for select high-priority new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with account leads to identify organic growth opportunities for clients not currently implementing PR programs.
  • Partner with the analytics team to develop and implement clear insights and measurement strategies for clients.
  • Lead and mentor a PR team to support team growth and minimize turnover.
  • Research and monitor PR channels regularly for latest trends and case studies.
  • Develop and share performance measurement standards, guidelines, and process to ensure overall excellence in PR projects for clients.


The Essentials
  • Billable target of 70%, lead team to overall blended utilization of 85% billable time.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth.
  • Support PR elements of business development efforts, working closely with Growth team.
  • Play role in recruitment of PR department staff.
  • Contribute to professional development, increasing expertise and skills of the PR team.
