Do you have it what it takes to help us build a new kind of agency? The Vice President, Digital Communications will be central to building the future of Day One. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience, most recently leading an integrated communications account at an agency and is ready to take his/her career to the next level.

As the VP, Digital Communications, you’ll lead and manage a diverse group of communications specialists while working to lead our work for brands in the consumer, lifestyle and media/entertainment space. You will report directly to the President and Managing Partner and act as a face of the agency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing integrated communications programs across PR, influencer and social channels, while driving internal operations and overseeing the day-to-day account team.

This person will also be expected to play a key role in new business development, both pitching and informal meetings. In addition, this role will provide a significant entrepreneurial opportunity, working closely with the co-founders and senior leaders to shape the company’s culture, chemistry, office space and providing input regarding policies and procedures
