NEW YORK—HopStop, one of the most successful transit apps in the iTunes Appstore and Google Play with over three million downloads, has appointed integrated agency Diffusion to launch HopStop Live! and help position HopStop as defining the future of real-time crowdsourced transit information. The PR campaign will reach out to the consumer technology, business technology and national media and blogs.
LOS ANGELES—MWW has been retained as public relations agency of record by Vega, a leading formulator and marketer of plant-based natural health and sport performance products. MWW’s health and fitness practice will launch a campaign in North America to raise awareness and educate consumers on the benefits of a plant-based diet and Vega’s leadership of the category. NEW YORK—The Rockefeller Foundation has selected public affairs firm Global Strategy Group to manage PR for a $1.2 million grant that will support local efforts to build bus rapid transit systems in Boston, Chicago, Nashville and Pittsburgh. GSG will work with local partners O'Neill & Associates in Boston, The Strategy Group in Nashville, Bravo Group in Pittsburgh, and Grisko in Chicago. The teams will work with local officials and agencies, local business leaders, community groups, nonprofit organizations and transportation advocates to raise awareness of and generate support for BRT.
