They are:  Brown Rudnick, a law firm with offices in the US and Europe that handles clients’ litigation and business transactions. Carbon Black, a provider of next-generation endpoint security delivered via the cloud; and TransMed Systems, whose technology helps develop identify and matching eligible patients to clinical trials. Greentarget will be providing PR services ranging from research projects, thought leadership initiatives and media relations programs.

NEW YORK — The PuXuan Hotel and Spa in Beijing has tapped the Brandman Agency to lead its public relations. The luxury hotel (pictured) will open to guests in early January. The property is owned hotel by Urban Resort Concepts, a China-based luxury hotel management company.
