MINNEAPOLIS — The National Center for Learning Disabilities, which focusses on helping individuals learning and attention issues to succeed, has selected Carmichael Lynch Relate as its new communications agency following a competitive search. The agency was selected based on its experience creating strategic public education and cause marketing programs that have successfully shifted public opinion and positioned clients as leaders, the NCLD said. Carmichael Lynch Relate will handle communications support including strategic planning, media relations and public policy support for NCLD and its Understood.org program.

BOSTON —  The tech company Phononic has announced a partnership with PAN Communications its agency of record. PAN is tasked with driving awareness of Phononic’s solid-state cooling technology for the refrigeration and freezer industry. During the first quarter of the partnership, Phononic has seen increase in quarter-over-quarter share of voice in the food and beverage, healthcare and optoelectronics, according to the agency.
