Stepno most recently served as senior associate, commercial health and life sciences, at Booz Allen Hamilton, which she joined in 2011. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Stepno spent 14 years at TMG Strategies in Arlington, Va., eventually serving as vice president and corporate counsel.
