WASHINGTON, DC—Christal Goetz joins APCO Worldwide as a senior vice president and member of the leadership team of the firm’s global online and creative practice. Goetz spent the past nine years at social media marketing firm New Media Strategies, where she built and led the corporate practice, managing several of the firm’s highest-profile clients including PepsiCo, Nestle and Chrysler. Earlier in her career, Goetz worked as a marketer for nonprofit women’s health organizations.

Carrizales has practiced public relations for more than 15 years, 10 of them as an independent consultant.
