MINNEAPOLIS—Heath Rudduck, an advertising and digital agency veteran, has joined PadillaCRT as chief creative officer. He works in the agency’s Minneapolis headquarters and leads a 30-person creative design and digital team working across PadillaCRT’s six offices. He most recently served as chief creative officer at Minneapolis-based ad agency Campbell Mithun. He also served as executive vice president and executive creative director for Digitas in Boston.
LOS ANGELES—Golin has named Timothy Bruns to lead the agency’s Western region creative team. As creative director, Bruns will work with a roster of clients in the region and across the agency. He was most recently creative director at JWT NYC and has previously led creative at Draftfcb, TBWA\Chiat Day and BBDO.
LAS VEGAS—Quillin Advertising, Public Relations & Social Media has added Julia Gilmour as social media strategist. Her experience digital and social media marketing, having worked on campaigns for national brands including Purina, Enterprise, Balance Bar, and Universal Studios. In addition, Marilyn Valenzuela joins the public relations team as coordinator.
LOS ANGELES—Flip, a creative agency targeting the LGBT market, has named Brandon Schor as account director. Prior to joining Flip, Schor spent nearly ten years at the brand strategy firm Flux Branding, advancing his career from a marketing coordinator to their director of client services.
