DETROIT — Lambert, Edwards & Associates (LE&A) has hired William Nowling as a partner and managing director. He will lead LE&A's Detroit office, serve as a member of the agency's leadership team, and provide strategic counsel to the firm's clients. Nowling has over 20 years experience in integrated public relations and marketing experience and most recently, was the senior executive for global PR firm Finn Partners. Prior to that, he served as a spokesman and lead communication advisor of the City of Detroit's Chapter 9 bankruptcy. 

BOSTON — Rasky Partners has announced the hiring of Michael Morris as VP and general counsel and head of the firm's new cyber security practice along with the promotions of Jessica DiMartino to VP of marketing and Dianna Walsh to associate VP for communications. Prior to this, Morris was in private law practice, founding a law firm and business consultancy where he focused on corporate and transactional law and provided strategic communications, business development and government affairs services. Meanwhile, DiMartino has been elevated after six years at the firm as director of marketing. Walsh joined the firm in 2009, and moves into her new role in the firm's crisis communications and issues management practice following a two-year tenure as a senior account executive.

WASHINGTON, DC — The Reis Group has announced the internal promotions of Stephanie Wight and Kathleen Petty, and the hiring of Beth Casteel. Casteel joins joins the firm as a senior counselor. Prior this role, she spent over five years as media relations director at the American College of Cardiology. Wight has been promoted to senior account executive after spending over year as account executive. Petty has also been elevated to senior account executive, after spending over a year with the firm. Meanwhile,

She has over two decades experiences in comms, PR and marketing and spent the last decade as director of communications at Currey Ingram Academy. Their, she built the independent school's current comprehensive internal and external public relations and marketing program. Prior to that, Braam was a vice president at McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations in Nashville, where she spent over nine years managing accounts for clients such as the US Department of Labor's Job Corps program, Comcast and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
