NEW YORK—Global Strategy Group has named Marc Litvinoff as managing partner. Litvinoff will oversee all day-to-day operations at GSG, including the firm’s business strategy, as well as technology, talent, and finance. He most recently served as vice chairman and chief executive officer of ORC International, a global market research firm, and earlier was CEO of Guideline, a business and marketing research company, and held multiple positions at Gartner.

NEW YORK—Penn Schoen Berland, a global research-based consultancy unit of Burson-Marsteller, has promoted Scott Siff to vice chairman. Siff, who has held numerous positions at PSB since 1999, has for the last three years been CEO of WPP sister company BAV Consulting, a specialist consultancy in brand strategy, in addition to his role as executive vice president of Penn Schoen Berland. Before PSB, he worked for the US Department of Justice, first as a prosecutor and later as counsel in the environment division.

CHICAGO—MWW has added Katie Myles to the firm’s Chicago office as vice president, consumer lifestyle marketing. She will serve Chicago’s consumer and technology clients, while also growing the firm’s health and wellness practice. Prior to joining MWW, Myles served as senior account supervisor for the consumer marketing team at Edelman’s Chicago office where she acted as project manager and team leader for the National Dairy Council.
