She will provide strategic counsel to clients in the areas of global corporate sustainability, reputation and brand strategy. Rosene is president and chief executive of Zelo Public Relations, an organizational stakeholder of the Global Reporting Initiative and has an extensive background of working on sustainability and corporate social responsibility issues in China, India, Europe and the United States. He was previously chief sustainability officer and vice president public affairs and communications for Flowserve Corporation, a global manufacturing company, and vice president public affairs and communications for Citigroup.

WASHINGTON, DC—DCI Group, a DC-based public affairs firm, has added Beneva Schulte and Kevin McLaughlin as vice presidents. Previously Schulte was chief deputy director for the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, where she oversaw communications and external affairs during public hearings and led strategic implementation of the hearing schedule and protocol. McLaughlin most recently served as communications director for Senator John Cornyn (R-TX).

LOS ANGELES—Journalist and communications consultant Lisa Porter (pictured), who covered politics in Washington, DC, for more than a decade as deputy political director at ABC News and as an executive producer at WashingtonPost.com, has joined entertainment public relations and marketing firm The Lippin Group. Most recently, Porter served as a Los Angeles-based consultant with entertainment clients, including Paramount Pictures.

CLEVELAND—Integrated marketing communications agency Marcus Thomas has added Todd Morgano as senior vice president, director of public relations. Morgano comes to Marcus Thomas from the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where he oversaw external bank communications. Previously, he was vice president, corporate communications, at National City, and also worked at Northlich, Progressive Insurance and Dix & Eaton. In his role as department head at Marcus Thomas, Morgano will succeed Beth Hallisy, a longtime agency partner who announced her retirement earlier this year.
