NEW YORK — Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Daniel Holmes as its creative director in New York, further expanding its US Innovation + Creative hub. In addition to previously working at H+K London and New York, Holmes was creative director at Jack Morton London, creating global brand experiences and content platforms for adidas football, Facebook and Konica Minolta.

SAN FRANCISCO — Bill Margaritis has joined Prophet as senior strategic advisor, bringing global corporate communications experience to the role. Margaritis joins from Hilton Worldwide where he was executive VP of corporate affairs, and was previously FedEx senior VP, corporate communications and investor relations. Earlier in his career, Margaritis served as a VP for Bechtel in London.

NEW YORK — Jeffrey Freedman has joined RooneyPartners as managing director of the firm’s new medical communications practice. Freedman joins from Axon Communications, where he was VP, integrated communications. The medical communications offering is part of RooneyPartners’ healthcare practice.

NEW YORK — G&S Business Communications has promoted Heather Caufield, Dana Ferrell and Katy Hendricks to VP. Caufield (pictured), who was an account director, works with clients in industries including financial and professional services, wine and spirits, paper and packaging and more. Ferrell, who was also an account director, is a 20-year veteran of G&S with a focus on agribusiness. Hendricks has been at the agency for 12 years, rising from an entry-level account position to her current VP role.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Lambert & Co. has made two new additions to its team: Jordan Hoyer joins as general counsel, and Lisa Wilkes as senior director of talent and culture. Hoyer joins after supporting Lambert while in private practice. Wilkes was previously with management consulting firm First Perform.

ATLANTA — Blair Ruth Riley has joined ARPR to serve as the agency’s first cloud practice group director. Riley brings a decade of B2B and B2C technology experience with clients such as HP and Panasonic during her tenure with Porter Novelli. Her hiring reflects the expansion of the firm’s cloud practice, which grew by 126% in the first half of this year.
