NEW YORK — Cohn & Wolfe has appointed Olga Fleming as chief executive officer of Y&R PR. Cohn & Wolfe Group launched the subsidiary in 2013 under the leadership of Fleming, with a vision to build an agency that could deliver a seamless fusion of strategy, creativity and execution while maintaining the boutique feel. Based in New York, Fleming will continue to report to Cohn & Wolfe CEO Donna Imperato.

Toledo has experience in media and publishing in the LA market, and is committed to the growing the pre-eminent business networking group for trusted advisors. Prior to this role, Toledo was publisher and CEO of the Los Angeles Business Journal, a position he took on in 1994. 

NEW YORK — Weber Shandwick has named Isabel Hardy general manager of the firm's Boston office. She will lead strategic growth initiatives throughout New England, and previously served as senior vice president of business development.

Glenn is tasked with obtaining media coverage and producing top tier content for the agency's healthcare and health IT clients. Glenn has nearly 15 years experience in the healthcare industry as Ohio bureau chief at MedCity News, covering the business of innovation and as senior editor with Medical Economics.
